For items that are available for pre-order or items that are out of stock and placed on backorder, we will charge your payment method at the time of purchase. If the product is not available when we attempt to fulfill your order, we will notify you and offer a refund or an alternative product.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds for returned or canceled orders will be processed in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy. If your order is canceled before shipment, we will issue a full refund. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process to receive a refund.
