1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Custom or personalized items.
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective or damaged).
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear.

2. How to Return an Item
Returning an item is easy! Follow these steps to initiate a return:

- Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation included.
- Ship the Item Back: Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Please note that we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
If the item is returned in a damaged or used condition, we reserve the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund. Refunds for returns not in original condition will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is processed, we will ship the exchange item to you.
Please note that exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested item. If the exchange item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

To expedite the process, please provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number.
6. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error. If your return is eligible for a refund, we will deduct the return shipping fees from the total refund amount, unless we provide a pre-paid return label.
7. Late Returns
Returns that are received after the 30-day return window will not be accepted unless the item is defective or damaged. We encourage you to return items as soon as possible to ensure a smooth process.
8. Special Orders and Custom Products
Items that have been customized or special-ordered may not be eligible for return. These items will be clearly marked during the ordering process. If you have any questions about the eligibility of a custom product, please reach out to our customer service team.
